St. George Spirits: Alameda-based St. George Spirts makes two different award-winning rums – California Agricole Rum and California Reserve Agricole Rum – using sugar cane from California’s Imperial Valley.

Channel Islands Distillery: Ventura-based CID makes small-batch rums. 

SelvaRey Rum: Los Angeles-based SelvaRey only makes two things: (1) a cacao rum, and (2) a white rum. 

Greenbar Distillery: Los Angeles-based Greenbar Distillery makes organic rum in their downtown-L.A. distillery.

Saint James Spirits: Irwindale-based SJS makes a pineapple-flavored rum.
