St. George Spirits: Alameda-based St. George Spirts makes four different liqueurs– Raspberry Liqueur, Spiced Pear Liqueur, Coffee Liqueur, and a bitter aperitivo liqueur called Bruto Americano.  

Corbin Cash: Atwater-based Corbin Cash makes a liqueur from 100% California sweet potatoes.  I haven't tried it yet.  But I will.  

Cutler's Artisan Spirits: Santa Barbara-based CAS makes a vodka-based liqueur that they claim tastes just like Grandma Tommie's Apple Pie.

Greenbar Distillery: Grand Poppy Amaro is Los Angeles-based Greenbar Distillery's organic, California-inspired take on European amari. They also make a ginger liqueur.

Walnut LiqueurPendrays Distillery: Templeton-based Pendrays makes three small-batch liqueurs: a plum liqueur, a walnut liqueur, and an orange liqueur.
 Saint James Spirits: Irwinedale-based SJS makes a Bing Cherry liqueur.
