Greenbar Distillery: Grand Poppy Amaro is Los Angeles-based Greenbar Distillery's organic, California-inspired take on European amari. They also make a ginger liqueur.

Saint James Spirits: Irwinedale-based SJS makes a Bing Cherry liqueur.
